How long does it take to build a new home?
The timeframe can vary depending on your design, block, and council approvals. Generally, a custom home takes around 9–12 months from site start to handover. We’ll give you a detailed timeline during the consultation process.
How involved will i be during the build?
Very involved. We believe in clear, open communication throughout your journey. You’ll have direct access to your Building Supervisor and regular updates at key stages of construction, ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
What happens after handover?
Even after you receive the keys to your new home, we have a 90 day warranty maintenance period. Our team is just a call away should you need any advice or support after moving in. Your home is also covered by statutory warranties.
